No puedo comer absolutamente nada de trigo ya que tiene gluten.
Soy celiaco y enfermo con una simple miga de pan.
Esto incluye salsas, sopas y platos cocinados con harina.

I cannot eat anything with wheat as it has gluten. I have coeliac disease and I become ill with just a crumb of bread. This includes sauces, soups and cooked dishes with flour.
